Frequently asked questions
Is the image uploaded?
No, the image is processed locally with Canvas.
How can I make the art larger?
Increase the size value; smaller values produce fewer but wider characters.
Can I use my own characters?
Yes, choose Custom and enter up to 64 printable ASCII characters. Empty input falls back to the default character set.
Can I load an image from a URL?
Yes, for URLs that allow cross-origin access. URLs that block access show an error.
